With our passion for classic retro and soul music, great song choices and carefully maintained 1960s and 1970s lighting effects including traditional mirror balls, we will create the ideal atmosphere for your retro-style party.

Though we are serious about our music, we don't forget a party is supposed to be fun - you'll be hearing all the classic party songs that people have danced to over the years and still fill the dance floor today. And we love a theme party - if everyone is dressing up let us know so we can join in the fun with our own costumes and props!

We have worked at many prestigious (and not-so-prestigious) venues at home and abroad playing at weddings and all types of private functions - so even if your event is on a grander scale we will meet your expectations.

SoulDisco offers a truly bespoke service which includes, if required, face-to-face consultation meetings and pre-event venue visits for all bookings. We want you to have plenty of say in your event and we're here to help you achieve something very different to the usual mobile disco.

Vintage Music Specialist

Though our tunes are retro our sound system is modern, reliable and very high quality. We take great pride in presenting a smart professional image whatever the occasion.

As you've probably realised by now, we play classic party tunes from the 50s through to the 80s, but we also carry a great selection of vintage and modern music too - including the current charts - and really don't mind playing a bit of everything as long as the main focus of the event is on the retro or vintage side.

For your peace of mind we are fully insured, operate legitimately and can provide your venue with all the certification and documentation they are likely to require ("PLI", "PAT" etc.). Based just West of the M25 we cover most areas of Greater London and Southern England - and we're always willing to travel further afield for the right event!

SoulDisco is owned and operated by retro music specialist Martin Joyce. If you book your wedding disco or party with SoulDisco you will deal with Martin directly and he will personally DJ at your party.

Slow, sexy, loose and danceable tunes with the bassline as the centrepiece of the song, the 1970s were full of funk. SoulDisco offers an in-depth knowledge of the era backed up with a massive collection of both mainstream and more obscure tracks.

A diverse range of music marked the 1960s as one of the most popular decades. SoulDisco is passionate about the 60s - from the rock 'n' roll and soul legends through the hippie flower-power era to the ska and reggae artists who brought world music to Britain. SoulDisco offers an incredibly diverse range of mainstream and specialist tunes from the decade.

The 70s brought some incredibly diverse musical genres - from disco to punk, heavy metal to glam. Whatever your favourites, SoulDisco offers a substantial catalogue covering both commercial (mainstream) and specialist acts. Whether you just want a few classic party tunes or a whole evening exploring one genre, SoulDisco has the experience, knowledge and catalogue to deliver!

Currently the most popular era with party planners, the 80s brought us a wide range of musical styles, from the synthesizer-infused glamorous New Romantics and the earliest manufactured boy and girl bands through to the hand-off with the 90s and the dominance of acid jazz and house music. SoulDisco was there, and now offers an outstanding collection of music from across the decade.

Headlined by The Jam's BRUCE FOXTON, Wake Up Woking 3 takes place on 22nd June 2012 at Working's HG Wells Suite.

2012 marks the 35th anniversary of The Jam's In The City album, and From The Jam will be returning to perform songs from this album as well as a selection of classic hits.<.p>
